What is an account credit limit?

Your account credit limit is the maximum credit balance that you're authorised to incur charges up to (GST inclusive). Your credit balance is a combination of the outstanding invoice totals and incurred charges that are yet to be invoiced.

How to apply for an account credit limit increase

1. Email the Credit Risk Team at CreditLimitIncreases@auspost.com.au.

2. In your email, include these details:

  • Your account number (as shown in the right side of your invoice).
  • Your ABN (Australian Business Number).
  • Your company name, address or contact phone number as listed on the account.
  • The new credit limit amount that you're requesting.

Note: All requests are subject to standard credit checks and assessment.
