How to apply for an account credit limit increase
1. Email the Credit Risk Team at CreditLimitIncreases@auspost.com.au.
2. In your email, include these details:
- Your account number (as shown in the right side of your invoice).
- Your ABN (Australian Business Number).
- Your company name, address or contact phone number as listed on the account.
- The new credit limit amount that you're requesting.
Note: All requests are subject to standard credit checks and assessment.
